This is what we do
Once we have received your enquiry we will call you back within 2 hours.
Initially we will discuss your project and also budgets, timescales and our deposit and payment schedules.
If this is all agreed we will then arrange an appointment with you.
We will confirm the appointment via email or post which ever you prefer. Along with the conformation letter there will be some further information about the company, a copy of our insurances and a letter from Dulux Select explaining our Guarantee.
On the day of the appointment, we will discuss your thoughts and ideas, take accurate measurements, and briefly discuss any colour choices you may have.
Your Quotation will then be produced and will be with you within 48hrs. With the Quote you will also receive a video explaining everything we discussed. (see below)
Finally, if you are happy with everything in the Quotation, click the “accept” button on the Quote. Pay the deposit amount, and we can then confirm your start date for the work
